Fun in Gainesville!

I had a great time on Saturday. I went to see Pops, Grammy, Aunt Carol and Uncle Dusty. We had a fantastic lunch and I ate squash, butter beans and creamed corn at the table with the rest of the family. I really am a big girl now.

Thanks Grammy for making such a great lunch... and Pops for creaming the corn. It was delicious!

Pops, I love my new book! I played with it all day on Sunday.

Poppy and Doll-Doll,

Thank you so much for having a birthday party for me last weekend! I had so much fun visiting with you and the rest of the family. I LOVE my CD! I listen to it all the time and like to hear them say my name. Dad can't wait for me to wear my GA Tech outfit this fall when we watch football games together.

Mom, Dad and I love you all very much and hope to see you again very soon.

Fun with Friends!

Well, I had my one year check-up on Friday. I got 4 shots and my finger pricked twice - NO FUN! But, on the way home, Mom did take me by to see my friends Jacqueline and Caroline Brown. I hope I have the opportunity to play with them again soon.

My First Trip to the Beach

Grammy and Pops invited Mom, Dad and me down to the beach for the week of the 4th of July. I had a great time! I celeberated my birthday a little early, swam in the pool, went to the beach and even had my first Coca-Cola. Thanks Grammy and Pops for a great week!

Happy Birthday to Me!

Well, I turned one on Sunday, July 8th. This year has gone by so fast.

My Aunt Carol and Uncle Dusty came to celebrate with me. We had a great time! Grammy and Pops are still at the beach (we had an early party with them last week) but they called me on Sunday. I also got calls from Poppie and cousins Elizabeth, Sophie and Charlotte.

I had a great day and loved eating birthday cake!
